Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026.
1. The service
MailsSuite ("we") provides hosted email for domains you own. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account and mailboxes, including activity by people you give access to.
3. Domains
You may only add domains you own or control. You are responsible for the DNS records needed for the service to work.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or mail to purchased or scraped lists;
- phish, impersonate others, or distribute malware;
- send illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive content;
- evade our sending limits or abuse controls;
- do anything that harms our sending reputation or our infrastructure providers.
5. Suspension and termination
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate any account or mailbox immediately and without refund if we believe it violates these terms, creates abuse or deliverability risk, or is required by law. We may also terminate for non-payment.
6. Sending limits
We apply per-mailbox and per-domain sending limits. They may change to protect the service.
7. Payment
Plans are prepaid for the period you choose and paid in USDT or USDC (or other methods we offer). Payments are not automatically renewed. When a plan expires, sending is disabled first; receiving is kept for a grace period of 30 days, after which the mailbox may be disabled and data deleted. Crypto payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. You are responsible for sending to the correct address and network.
8. Your data
You own your mail. We store it to provide the service. You can export it over IMAP at any time. After termination we delete it after 30 days.
9. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every message will be delivered. Email delivery depends on third parties.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use means acceptance.
